Shipping policy

Domestic:

We currently offer USPS First Class Mail, First Class Package,and Priority Mail. These services typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery during non-holiday seasons. Additional mail services, including "Signature Confirmation" or "Insurance" can be offered with additional fees. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require additional shipping services.

Shipping Rates are calculated by weight during checkout. The rates include postage fee, insurance (where applicable), tracking (where applicable), and packaging materials. 

International:

We currently do not ship internationally. 

Damaged Items Upon Delivery:

If your package arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can issue a claim with the USPS. We will send out a new item to you right away.

Late Delivery:

We are not responsible for any delay due to weather or the carrier.
